Phantoms Nanotechnology HUB
The Phantoms Nanotechnology HUB is a computational hub built to be a repository of simulation codes useful for modeling and design of nanoscale electronic devices. Many groups in universities and research centers have developed advanced simulation software, which could be of interest for the general nanotechnology community.
The mission of the PHANTOMS hub is to become the virtual venue where many of these codes can be run by registered users, sharing insights and comparing results.
They have twenty different codes available to their registered users. These codes are in areas such as Ab-initio, Circuit simulation, Device simulation, Electronic states, Transport, and Quantum computing.
