Welcome to NCN

The Network for Computational Nanotechnology (NCN) was established in September 2002 and is funded by the National Science Foundation support the National Nanotechnology Initiative (NNI) by designing, constructing, deploying, and operating a cyber-resource for nanotechnology theory, modeling, and simulation. Our mission is embodied in nanoHUB.org and driven by pioneering research, education, outreach, and support for community formation and growth.

Our vision is to grow a diverse community that shares research and educational resources via leading-edge cyberinfrastructure to spark new modes of discovery, innovation, learning, and engagement that accelerate the development of nanoscience into nanotechnology and that tightly connects simulation to experiment and to education.
